Vida Sana is located almost midway between Barcelona and Valencia, a short 20 minute drive to the coast and is in a well communicated area, in terms of airports, trains, motorways and interesting places to visit easily.

The nearest village is San Rafael del Rio, less than a mile down the road (1.5 km), which has bars, a small supermarket, petrol station, health centre, hairdresser. etc, with a population of a little over 500 people.

Then you have La Senia, 5 miles away (8 km), Traiguera 6 miles (10 km), Ulldecona 7 miles (11 km) which are bigger towns where you can find everything you need.

The capital of the province, Vinaros, is under 12 miles (19 km) down the road, on the coast, with a lovely promenade, good beaches and a great municipal market. Vinaros has all the amenities, including a big hospital, and even a large commercial area with a hypermarket. In Vinaros there are all the major brands such as Carrefour. Lidl and Aldi, so it’s the perfect place to stock up for the week cheaply.
