The finca (plot of land) has a well that is 70 metres deep. When organising to do this we hired a local old man specialised in divining to find water (Zahori) in Spanish, this was quite an experience.

The well has the capacity to produce 6,000 litres of good quality water per hour, the pump which is installed is capable of pumping 3,000 litres per hour.

The stables and little house have pre-installed electricity, ready to use. You only need to buy batteries and solar panels, which we can advise you about.

Cables for internet are pre-installed in the little house (Casita) with speeds of up to 50Mb.

Road to access the land was also refurbished, which features a small roundabout, in the first third of the land.
